Worst customer service and follow up

Metro bank agreed to response by 3 working days on application result but finally I still can't get any update for 3 months even I chased for few times and raised a complaint. Just get the response on the complaint, advised that they are following correct process. I won't use this bank again!! Reviewed on: 3rd December 2021
