Excellent experience online and in the app. Plenty of account information available presented in a clear and user-friendly way. The account pays a good rate of interest and offers a range of incentives to account holders including regular cash-back and money-saving offers as well as an annual "gift" such as a magazine subscription or dining deals. Great all-round experience

Lloyds Bank is trying really hard to provide consistently good and efficient customer service. The bank has a wide range of products to suit virtually all needs and its website is very easy to navigate. The interest rate on its current account is better than many savings accounts and the business is obviously doing its best to win back customer confidence following the Government "bail out" of 2009.
