I paid interest many times unnecessarily, because the day when the free interest turns changes every month. It's also impossible to do a chargeback because I need to mail the evidence by post. I mean they can't receive it by email and there's no one I can talk to. Rubbish service

Every question I had was answered quickly. It's very easy to withdraw and upload and there's a human being at the end of the line, not an automated voice, no music playing over the phone like everywhere else.
