Not understanding customer needs, terrible attitude.

I worked in the hospitality sector and was laid off owing to the Covid pandemic. Every other company I've had to deal with regarding this issue were sympathetic and usually had strategies in place, not the RAC. We had to sell one car and tried to explain but the RAC didn't want to know and within days had threatened us with a collection agency. Stay away from this company if you want good customer service, It's worth paying the extra. Reviewed on: 5th January 2022
