Great product and service, and the company are okay at communicating (primarily marketing stuff though). Very complicated contracts and materials. Would like an online account. Prices are fair.

Really good product and easy application. Nice card as well. But the integration with other services such as GPay or APay could be better and would make it more usable daily.

Have had nothing but a faultless and enjoyable experience with Tred to-date. From the queue, to sign-up, the process was simple and quick. Any conversations I've had with their customer service have been professional and friendly with everything sorted quickly and at the first point of contact. Payments have been quick and comms are great. At the end of the day they are a great company doing great things.
