Despite LV being recommended as a "best buy" by Which?, I'm finding it difficult to stick with them. I have so far stuck with them for the last 3 years simply because of Which's recommendations, but hoisting the premium more than 20% each year for the last two years is really too much considering that I have never made a claim from them and indeed not for any insurance company for over 10 years and even then it was just a light fitting that fell from the ceiling. At one time LV were financially competitive, but they are no longer and this will be my last year with them should they continue to fleece their loyal customers.

Very straightforward process with helpful staff, not to mention what excellent value for money my policy was compared to other Insurance Companies. I like the way that they transfer you to a specialist broker for insuring pre-existing medical conditions, who were also straightforward and far less expensive than other insurance companies that combine both travel and medical insurance in one policy. In short, good value and good service. I hope they carry on in this way so that I can use them again.
