Barclays are wealthy and it seems that is because they refuse to invest money on any of their systems or training their staff. They cut corners and do not listen to the issues of their customers. Waiting for up to 3 hours to speak to someone because their app doesn’t do what it says it does is unnecessary. Don’t try and add a new card to an existing account if you need it in under 6 months and value your personal details as they are likely to get lost 4 times (happened to us) but its ok because they have lots of money to pay out on complaints! 4 other serious issues with our business account in the last 2 years, all of which we were paid money as an apology. I’d much rather just be able to spend and get at my money an pay my bills. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Banking Perfection

Every aspect of banking with Starling is easy. From application to the app, to cashing cheques (who knew a bank could do it with a photograph!!) to opening an account for my daughter. It’s a PLEASURE to bank with them as as soon as I can get out of the evil clutches of Barclays, Starling will have my business accounts too. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
