Online banking is brilliant but branch service is now greatly reduced, those that are open are pretty good when you can find one.
Savings accounts are disgusting and only used by those who are challenged in some way.
Keep trying to trap me into going paperless.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the increase in the rate of interest, meant I have moved money from other accounts and will probably move more. Would have given 100% rating and did not do so because sometimes the withdrawals are a little slow.
This bank does, however, get my vote.
