Pockit won't let me get my money now ignoring emails

Going into the second week since pockit disabled my account asked for my id which I gave but told will take 30/45 days to review my account was also told that no money could go in or out whilst disabled yet pockit have taken over £200 of my money and won't give it back. When I call still the same ignorant staff and when I email I get the same message "my account under review when we have an update we'll be in touch" now I'm not even getting replies! I've three children one is 18 months old I've had no money for anything because of these scammers its disgraceful!!! And no one seems to know anything if my money isn't bounced back I'll be going to the police!
