My parents have been using their services since a long time and they have their mortgage loan and some savings everything with SBI, Patiala. Even I have one account in one of the SBI, Patiala branch. Sometimes customer service can be a bit off but it’s alright, they are doing a service and this is what matters the most as per now :)

When I first came to the U.K (London), no bank had such easy and spot on registration other than Santander. They helped with my application, their staff helped me to open my account and they had Indian staff members, wonderful people. Loved the way we connected and I was instantly interested in getting an internship there in summer 2022 and the staff member asked all my questions as it was not even part of his job. 10/10 for the staff :)
