always been reasonable cost and cover seems comprehensive. i've never needed to claim so can't judge on that process but the cover seems very good and always easy to renew

I've been with them for 10+ years. get free travel insurance and never had an issue with the account or with Nationwide. Always pleased with their service and rates

Decent overdraft limit and charges, functions well. Bit of a shame they reduced the monthly reward from £5 to £3 but other than that it's a good account

No fuss, high credit limit and long 0% on purchases. Customer service have always been friendly and helpful - got an additional card with no fuss. Easy!
