Site has always encouraged customer input, and has been successful in creating a community built around their platform. Listening to their customers has led the site to add many features that the other P2P sites simply do not offer. With different ways to borrow, lend, invest, and save, BTCPop provides much more than just P2P lending.
Website occasionally suffers from growing pains, but in my experience all problems have been corrected in a timely and professional manner.

- Site would not let me update personal information when my situation changed - I could prove the change, but they rejected it. Their refusal to update my information resulted in me having a lower credit rating - which increases the interest rate I would have to pay.
- Site credit rating algorithm results in inconsistent credit ratings, and inconsistent risk measurements.
- Site blocks my actions when I am in the United States and asks me to re-submit my credentials to prove I am not American (I have been a verified non-American user for a few years).
- Site actively obstructs efforts to collect funds from defaulted borrowers.
- Site refuses to close my account and destroy my personal information - saying they "can not" close the account at this time. THIS IS EXTREMELY IRREGULAR AND SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOR - WARNING - DO YOU WANT A BRAZILIAN WEBSITE TO HAVE COPIES OF ALL YOUR PERSONAL DOCUMENTS IN PERPETUITY???
