I just think they are pretty avarage, and have been going down hill since taken over by LLoyds, My accounts have been rebranded as Halifax accounts although my cheque books are still BoS.
I have about 8 accounts with Halifax/BoS but there is no overall total.
They will try to hit me with fees if I do not have money in the right pocket at the right time.
All in all I think it is a crap service, but I have yet to find better.
First Direct is alleged to be better, but not in my experience.
