Sometimes I took much more time only for login; Sometimes I failed to login and I have to go to a branch; Sometimes a lot of branches close (ex, Kings Cross branch); Sometimes transferring my money to another bank with my name need a secure check. And always, you can never successfully give a call to HSBC customer service. In all, HSBC is now a title that will be gone in the near future.
