Had a life changing diagnosis so needed to cancel my insurance until further notice. They took a monthly payment yesterday and have taken £49.22 to cancel today with only two months left on the policy. Immoral bunch of cretins. Don’t mind paying a minimal admin fee, but nearly £50 is disgraceful considering it’s a click of button.
