Switched to M&S after my previous insurer hiked rates - again. Easy to deal with, even when I changed cars mid-point. But pricey, but I suppose you get what you pay for. Haven't claimed for anything yet, hence 8/10 until we test that part of their service.

At last a real way to differentiate between high and low mileage drivers. Once this is proved I can see other options being added eg. What about where you drive? Quiet country lanes vs big city centres.
