I've been a Barclays customer for a long time. I used to love the customer service. But the last few interactions I've had with them have been extremely poor. Think I'll be moving now.

I've been a loyal Barclays customer for many years. It's now been 4 times I've rung up about getting a statement that never arrived. So I think the time has come to change my bank.
