It’s like banking in the Stone Age. App is rubbish, online banking is worse, can’t transfer in branch so I was offered a cheque book instead… what century is this bank working in?! Can’t wait to close the account.

My son is delighted to have a contactless bank card! I love it as I can cap his daily spend and I’m notified every time it’s used. The only problem is that now it’s ‘his’ money, he doesn’t want to spend it!
