Yorkshire Bank customer for over 40 years. Virgin Money customer service is poor. Now I've been forced to use a smart phone app which does not display correctly on my phone, has clearly not been UAT tested correctly and leaves a bitter taste in the mouth. Virgin Money credit card is crap.
