Really clear policy wording, kind and caring customer service. Actually listen to you and seem to really care about animals. Great value and straight forward to have a multipolicy. Not had to claim with them as of yet but feel confident that they will be able to deal with any claims in a compassionate way

really caring family run company. honest and provide great advice on best package for my dog. also transparent with policy documents and actually want to help in hard times with pets.
