very poor service, I will never use them or recommend bedford insurance

took up the policy and I changed my car a few months into the policy. As I couldnt cancel the policy due to excessive service charges, I had to renew the whole policy. this meant that I lost out on over £250 as I was told that my breakdown cover could not be refunded they also applied a service charge. This is mainly due to the fact that they use a finance company that underwrites the policy which means that they send you legal letters threatening legal action if you dont pay the fees ! The whole experience has been a nightmare and I would rather pay slightly more for my insurance from a reputable company
