made a difficult time easier

my mother recently passed away and had a policy with SunLife. I called them to deal with her life insurance policy on my dad's behalf and they were a fantastic company to deal with. Everything was explained clearly and was very easy for us to cash out quickly enabling us to pay her funeral expenses with no worries Reviewed on: 24th December 2016

a bit disappointed

Santander recently changed their interest rates on their 1-2-3 account meaning its not just as good an account as before if using it for saving. We have 3 of these accounts as we felt 3% was a great rate with the way things in the banking world were but now they have dropped it to only 1.5% while also charging more for having this account too. Seriously considering changing where our money is. Reviewed on: 24th December 2016

best company we have used for mortgaging

We remortgaged back in 2011 to Nationwide. The process was really easy and all contact was friendly and professional. We have since remortgaged again in 2013 and 2015 and stayed with Nationwide both times as they have offered the best rate for us. The process has been so smooth and easy each time , stress free and worry free. I would really recommend you give them a look if you are thinking of changing your mortgage. Good interest

Needed an account to keep some money in to pay for my daughters college fees and student flat and keep it separate from our household account. After looking around we chose this account as it pays good interest on the high amount we have in there. Easy to use just pay in £500 a month and have 2 direct debits coming out and we earn 3%. Internet banking with them is so easy to use and anytime I've gone into branch the staff have always been so helpful. Only marked it down due to the increased fee coming into effect in Jan.
