Overall rating -5 Stars, recommendation? NO WAY, not even to my worse enemy
Since cancelling my policy, 1st Central renewed without permission. Then I had to complain to the Insurance Ombudsman in order to get 1stCentral to admit their mistake. while this was going on I had debt collectors calling, emailing, SMS'ing, Voicemails, you name it. Once they admitted fault, you would think that its right? WELL NO! 2+ years after I still have CRS debt collectors badgering me and 1stCentral still trying to get money out of me.
