When you try to call Pocket you wait for 20 minutes and all the time you are paying for the call, if you get answered you get unhelpful, rude don't care less staff saying they will send a email, which is what you have already done and no one has answered ,that is why you are trying to talk to someone to help you. DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN

My account is still blocked after months of sending them what they ask for, a shambles of a company, if Pocket goes bust everybody's money is NOT GUARANTEED under any regulations YOU LOSE ALL OF YOUR MONEY

The true reflection of a company is not when it's going well but when customers have a problem and you Pocket fail on every aspect, Pocket system shows them money in your account but what you see on your account does not correspond after waiting on the phone for 20minutes to talk to someone you get rude call centre staff who are not interested and disconnect your call, ID verification is the biggest joke you send them what they ask for, nothing happens you contact them again they ask for the same documents and round and round you go and all the time your account is blocked and no access to your money, if you want to see your money keep it in your pocket not there's
