Domestic and general have been quite a difficult company to review. If you manage to speak to an experienced helpful advisor the system works well and customer service is good. If, however you don’t speak to an experienced advisor customer service/administration is really quite bad.

Natwest were great when we brought our first house, very helpful, warm and friendly. I would highly recommend this bank!
