Awful experience, inability to speak directly to "the decision maker" about a time critical deal and the lack of response for many weeks made wife poorly, properly poorly. The bastards ultimately acknowledged what a shit show they had been and offered small gesture by was of apology.

Atrocious lines of communication, totally unable to speak to the "right people" and obtain a (time pressured) decision. Lloyds eventually admitted gross errors and offered pathetic compensation. Absolute wankers.
