Always answer the phone quickly. Every customer service assistant is warm and friendly. Nothing is too much of a problem - I applied for the wrong credit card, they immediately sorted it out for me. Someone cloned my bank card and they sorted it immediately, fully reimbursing the stolen money in seconds. Amazing customer service every time!
