Whenever I have had issues such as a lost card or changing my surname, both over the phone, online and in store I have had quick, friendly and efficient service. There could however be more rewards available. The companies currently signed up are limited.

I have been with NatWest for many years, including having a student loans account and a basic current account. They have always been very friendly and helpful as well as efficient whenever I have called in regards to a lost card or for information, or going in store to ask a question and update my details.
Their only downside is the overdraft charges. But the bonus, despite less places to now receive it, is their cashback in certain stores.
