Trouble free banking

I've banked with Smole for over ten years. Every contact I've had has been positive, quickly responded to and solved with as little problem to me as possible. E.g. Don't use my overdraft very much so they were going to reduce it by half. I messaged them from within my account said I wanted to keep it at the level it was at. They agreed. I had a problem with transferring money to pay a credit card bill as the other company refused repeatedly (5 times) and Smile looked into the problem and messaged me when the problem with the other company resolved. The current account is easy to use with SO, DD and so on. The website is easy to navigate , though I did prefer the last one to this very latest update but both easy, just my preference. Love the fact they are an ethical bank so know my money is not buying guns, drugs or supporting ivory trade or people smuggling. Great bank. Thoroughly recommend. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017
