I really like the Nationwide on-line service, it's easy to use but powerful enough to do pretty much everything I want, so I don't need to go into a branch to do things anymore.

I moved my car insurance to Direct Line a couple years ago, they were very easy to do business with, and everything was very clear. They were also by far the cheapest.
