Declining Service

I have 2 accounts with this company. With high street banks declining I was tempted into their rates of interest. At one stage I wasn't earning any interest whatsoever over several months because I hadn't the right direct debits in place. This bank is quick to blame but not to support. Why can we not have personal service of high quality with people working their best for us and tracking our financial movements like a Financial Advisor as a matter of course.
