Completely useless call centre staff who do not listen or want to listen. When I then lose my temper they say I’m being rude. Manager Joanne no idea what she’s talking about. Not listening to me about being passed on from junior who had no idea what she was doing. Absolutely useless offered no compensation total waste of time!!!!
