Really surprised that from the app calling the phone number given would put me straight into the queue to speak to someone without needing to go through all of my details. Problems resolved quickly by helpful staff members.

From a quick switch, First Direct offer a personal experience - when calling you speak to a real person without any time on hold; they’re quick, efficient and helpful. Banking app is good and feels secure.
