I have had my account since 1973 and the Company has had a very consistent record of good service. I have never noticed any error over many years.

In all my dealings with them over many years, there have only been a couple of small problems which were rectified immediately. A really efficient organisation and with todays very low interest rate, premium bonds are worth a go.
