Woman was very helpful in explaining the exchange rate and also gave me plenty of information about the buy back guarantee. I left feeling happy with what money I had exchanged and felt informed about what I could do if I had any remaining on my return home.

These gave me the cheapest price for car insurance. However, they completely mis-sold it, I was unaware of what documentation they required, they never asked my permission for anything to do with the account, they'd speak to anyone about it and in the end, when I wanted to cancel, tried taking a lot of money off me even though it was their lack of communication with me that was the issue. A quick call to the ombudsman seemed to make them come to their senses and they dropped all the charges they were trying to make me pay for their own mistakes.

Friendly company, really easy to join up and gave easy to follow instructions on exactly what they required to authenticate everything. Good prices as well, much cheaper than most other insurance companies.
