Great bank but... been charged £126 for .27pence ovee drawn with out telling me. They said i didnt have phone insurance with them anymore so i got it some were else. U til after 12 months and then they said i did have it. Bad customer serice

When i joined they said i could chnge my car on their sqme policy no probeme. That changed as soon as i payed and wanted a new car and said i will be charged for leaving. Worst car insurance ive had yet.

They charge you before you get the money then charge you on top at the end. E.g. lend 100 get 80 and charged 130. Really bad service and place to lend from.
