Horrendous - AVOID

CoverCloud increased my excess on my phone insurance policy without informing me. When I claimed on the policy they took 24-48 hours to respond to each email. They asked for information in tiny pieces that necessitated me contacting my previous insurer on multiple occasions. This was just to delay time. They lied about what was covered by my policy and tried to tell me I did not have a valid claim. They purposefully delayed claim resolution and are utterly horrendous. They still haven't said why they changed my excess without telling me first Reviewed on: 11th March 2022
