Appalling amount of time to process a claim.

Nearly three months ago I was hit from behind (whilst stationary in a traffic jam) by a driver who had a policy with Admiral. Despite almost immediate admission of liability, (not really much choice in this scenario) they have still not provided my insurance company with permission to proceed with repairs to my bike (at least that is what MCE claimed). I was told (by MCE) that Admiral will deal with everything in date order. Do they REALLY have a nearly three month back log with dealing with claims? I cannot believe it. I am not at all happy with either Insurance company. I think I will go elsewhere next time, but it will NOT be with Admiral. Reviewed on: 18th November 2017
