Do not insure with one call.
Despite offering dedicated phone lines, there is no ability to contact this company by phone or even by email.
As soon as I discovered this I cancelled our policies after one day even before the insurance was due to come into effect and they charged me £49.99 for each policy that I cancelled.
By law you are are allowed to cancel without charge for free within 14-days. One call hit you with an extortionate administration cancellation charge which is not shown when you sign up .
