I cancelled my previous insurance to move to Hughes as I was adding a young driver and they gave me a cheap quote , after paying them for 1 month they sent out a young driver form which I filled in and when they received it they told me they now couldn't insure me as I owned another commercial vehicle. they also told me it would be better for me to cancel the policy before the insurance company did so that was what I did, then these bastards had the cheek to send me a bill for £50 for cancelling the policy, basically if they sell 100 policy's online every week that they cant stand over and then charge you £50 to cancel they are making at least £5000 a week Take my advice they are rip-off merchants stay away
