Having purchased my cover (my 2nd year and absolutely no issues the previous year) 2 weeks later I have a letter from 'Emergency Assist Ltd' stating Drive24/7 have not paid their fees so my cover is cancelled.......
I have contacted the following, all to no avail:

All I expect is my refund. They have provided me no service. I will not be paying any admin fees either as it is due to them I have had the policy cancelled.
