Absolutely appalling customer service, steer clear of Lloyds

Incredibly long-winded process to register claim, they were more interested in getting me to start a personal injury claim. Each time I call, the person I speak to can't take responsibility for my query, has to transfer me elsewhere - this has included putting me through to completely different companies like the RAC! When you've had a car accident, the last thing you need is to be handed from pillar to post, backwards and forwards between Lloyds and their underwriters. It's been a terrible experience. I'm very disappointed and won't ever use Lloyds for anything again. Reviewed on: 30th November 2017
