Customer service orientated banking without the need for digital disruption

Banks like Al Rayan and First Direct evidence the fact that you don’t need to overhaul the banking industry to deliver customer service, you have to cater to you customers needs in a consistent, efficient and appropriate manner. Although the need for multichannel growth continues, customers still value the personal service received by a person who can consistently solve their query at the end of the phone. There’d be less of a need for disruption if more banks did the basics well like al rayan. Reviewed on: 30th November 2017
