No problems using this loan site as both an applicant and gaurantor. Staff were easy to contact on their call centre, constant contact via telephone and email whenever I had any queries. Would use amigo again, happily.

Having been a santander bank customer for the past 5 years, having a 123 current account has been delightful, especially when I needed a current student account and Santander provided me with the most reliable student account. Value for money is also great as they offer a 4 year student railcard. In branch the cashiers are always friendly and polite, no matter what branch of Santander I visit. Also, when I was having problems updating my address with Santander, I was compensated for their errors and was sent an apology letter.

After being signed up to Cleo for just under a week, i find it very easy and quick to use. The facebook chat bot feature makees Cleo hassle free, fun and interactive. I would highly reccomend this app to friends ans family. Also the option to create a seperate savings account with Cleo is enticing.
