I had a car accident a few months back. The driver in front slammed on his breaks purposely.
My car got written off. The other drivers car was fine, bit of damage not much done.
A month later I ask to carry on my insurance because I have finally managed to save up for a new car considering I am only 19.
They refused to insure me again. Leaving me to find someone else to go with.
A month later I get a call from morethan, saying they thought the accident was done on purpose.
They paid out £700 to the other driver for a new car.
When the claim hadn’t been closed and they didn’t know what was happening at that point in time.
Currently on the phone now complaining but doesn’t look like I’m getting through.
Shittest service I’ve ever recieved.
DO NOT recommend this company at all. They’re cheap because of how they are as a company.
