My parents are both elderly. My mother disabled. The company has had 4 engineers visit their boiler to fit 4 different parts and still they have had no heat for 4 days in the coldest weather in years. They will now end up being off heating for a week as it is the weekend, Their support and advice has been appalling. Do not use this outfit -
