Switched to First Direct after appalling customer 'service' from M&S Bank and have found them very good so far in all respects and far better organised and run than M&S Bank, Hope to continue as a satisfied / happy customer!!

Having received incompetent unreasonable and uncaring service from M&S Bank with great relief now switched to First Direct and so far it's proving an infinitely better experience - strange, as they are both offshoots of HSBC
