Excellent bank. Friendly welcoming branches. Good facilities. Modern app.
Just a few suggestions. Please make an in app chat facility where customers can contact the bank through the app via a chat service. Also please reconsider your fees for using the card outside of the UK and Europe. Newer challenger banks offer free spending abroad and I feel Metro Bank should also have this feature.
Overall very happy and pleased with the bank
