This company cancelled my insurance on 31/1/22, i asked and asked for my NCD so i could get insurance sorted, WELL WELL WELL they sent it to me 2 MONTHS after! What good is that? They knew this was happening so could have set up emails in advance to send out, but no, at least i didn't lose my 9 years +, but I'll never use them again! Insure with these people at your own risk..........
