I have found a few issues with the online aspect with nationwide.
Not always very easy to get access to my account straight away

Natwest has always been a fantastic bank, any issues i have had the a quick to resolve.
The staff always go above and beyond which makes them a really fantastic bank.
I have had issues in the past and they always make sure i have always been well looked after
